As we move through life, us humans become experts at suppressing our true emotions and as a result, we hold onto the memory of these tough emotions within our body, even after the mind has forgotten.  Once we begin to introduce breathwork techniques, specifically conscious connected breathing, you are able to uncover and process these emotions that were not processed the first time around.

 

In person or online, during this session we will review your breathing pattern and move through restorative breathwork techniques to clear emotional baggage and move you into a restful state.

A workshop involves simple breath techniques to shift your state and equips you with the tools you need to make breathwork a regular practice.

Complete with intention setting and the opportunity to meet other likeminded individuals, group workshops are guaranteed to leave you feeling grounded and connected to yourself.

Through modern living, we have become disconnected from our bodies, forgetting how to move functionally for optimum physical health.

Sitting and working at desks all day in postures which restrict our breathing capacity and contribute to muscle imbalances and weakness are causing endless health problems, from chronic back pain to metabolic syndrome, but I'm here to help change that.

By learning to reconnect with your breath and rewilding your physical being through functional movement, you are able to improve strength and mobility all the while benefiting from time spent grounding in natural environments.

Our bodies are not designed to be sedentary.

We were made to shift through all planes of movement and to push, pull, bend, climb, twist and balance and in return, had a healthy, strong and mobile body.

With this class, we will incorporate each one of these elements with some focus on weight bearing exercises on hands and feet to reconnect with that primal part of ourselves that knows how to move well.
