Sitting and working at desks all day in postures which restrict our breathing capacity and contribute to muscle imbalances and weakness are causing endless health problems, from chronic back pain to metabolic syndrome, but I'm here to help change that.
By learning to reconnect with your breath and rewilding your physical being through functional movement, you are able to improve strength and mobility all the while benefiting from time spent grounding in natural environments.

We were made to shift through all planes of movement and to push, pull, bend, climb, twist and balance and in return, have a healthy, strong and mobile body.
With this class, we will incorporate each one of these elements with some focus on weight bearing exercises on hands and feet to reconnect with the primal part of ourselves that knows how to move well.
